Puddibear Early-Bird Reservation Terms

Effective date: October 14, 2026

These Terms cover the one-time US$1 Puddibear early-bird reservation offered by Llamaglow Limited, doing business as Puddibear. The signup and purchase flows are for adults.

What you get

Your US$1 payment gives you US$20 in credit toward an eligible Puddibear device purchase during our official Kickstarter campaign, priority access to launch offers, and priority shipping for an eligible device order.

The device is purchased separately. This reservation is not a Kickstarter pledge and does not reserve a device, a fixed device price, or a delivery date.

Using your benefits

We associate the credit and early-bird access with your payment email and will email redemption instructions before launch. Keep your payment receipt.

Shipping priority applies after a successfully funded campaign to eligible orders in the same reward tier, shipping batch, and destination region, once order details are complete. It does not move an order into an earlier batch or guarantee delivery by a certain date.

Payment and refunds

The US$1 charge is made once. There is no automatic renewal or later charge for this reservation. The payment is non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy. If a purchased benefit cannot be provided, contact us.

Stripe processes payments. Puddibear does not receive or store your full card details. If you believe you were charged twice or incorrectly, contact us with your receipt so we can review the charge and refund any verified error to the original payment method.

Important conditions

Buying the reservation does not guarantee that the Kickstarter campaign will launch or succeed, that a device will be available, or that a specific offer or delivery date will be available. Device purchases are subject to the campaign terms shown before that purchase.

Paying does not subscribe your payment email to marketing updates. We may still send receipts and messages needed to manage your reservation.

Interpretation and contact

To the extent permitted by law, Puddibear reserves the right of final interpretation of this offer and these Terms. This does not limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
